    Dear Pritesh,
    What sort of reference would you like to have?
    If you want a bibliographical reference, then you should check out, e.g., the tutorial paper “Fractional Order Control – A Tutorial” and the “FO Systems and Controls: Fundamentals and Applications” book listed in the literature review here on the website.

    FOTF is part of FOMCON, you can simply disregard the facilities of the latter and use the core toolbox.
    Ok, sorry, reread your question. Yes, you can download the paper here: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/224561406_Fractional_Order_Control_-_A_Tutorial

    Dear Alekesi,

    Hope, you are doing fine.

    How can we find control signal using MATLAB?

    I have tried, error is more zeros than poles?

    Cannot simulate the time response of models with more zeros than poles.

    I am using feedback and step commond to find out control signal.
    T1 = feedback(GC,g1);
    step(T1)

    Thanks !!

    Hi,
    I have a question…What is the physical significance of alpha when Alpha<0 and when Alpha >0… in fractional order control…?
